Overall concept of the EuromedClinic
The EuromedClinic treats its patients holistically and at a high medical service level -
interdisciplinarily, ambulatorily and stationarily, from prevention up to rehabilitation. It
strives for economic success, constant improvement and acts in an employee-oriented way as well as
in accordance with its corporate responsibility.
Our overall concept is rule of action
There is no company in which there is a clearly defined procedure for every situation. Thus,
our overall concept is regarded as the uppermost rule of action and provides general guidance to
all employees in case they need to make complex decisions.
This high medical standard is our most important company objective - in doing so, also the
economic success as a requirement for the long-term existence of the company has to be taken into
account; this, in turn, must not be achieved at the expense of corporate responsibility.
The overall concept provides no clear response to all situations but it suggests the right
questions, the answers to which lead to the right decision.
We judge us by our overall concept
The EuromedClinic would like to judge itself by its overall concept. For this reason, we have
derived quality objectives from the individual aspects of the overall concept and defined
measurement parameters for them. All measurement parameters are constantly monitored, the results
discussed and, if necessary, measures are taken for improvement.
In our annual quality report we assess the achievement of objectives and thus account for to
what extent we comply with our overall concept.
This is the only way we put our overall concept into practice/realize.
